How to fill out an application to correct non-existent data

According to NIC.UA public offer rules, as well as according to domain zone rules, all the data you provide must be accurate.

If you used pseudonyms when registering an account or domain, most likely you will need to fill in an application to correct non-existent data in your account and domain.

Please note, this is only relevant if it is obvious from the data that it is erroneous. For example, if you have used the names of fictional characters such as 'Captain Marvel' or just some text on the subject of anonymity, such as 'Anonymous' or 'Incognito'.

However, if you specified some real data, but not yours, then you cannot change it via the application to change the erroneous data, as there is no way to prove that it is the erroneous data, and not this person's account.

You can download the application template and find instructions on how to submit it on this page.

Below we will review all the points of the application and how they need to be filled out:
In the header, you need to include the account owner's information: full name, the email you used to sign in to the account, your address, and a contact phone number.

If you are correcting the data about the owner of the account, then in the header you need to specify the actual name and other information.

Next, you need to specify exactly where you want to update the data.

If you are editing the account owner data, you only need to specify the account email in the 'account' field.

If you change the data in any of the domains, you only need to fill in the 'domain(s)' field with the name of the domain. If there are several domains, list them separated by commas.

In the next field, you specify only the data that was erroneous. If it is a full name, only the full name. If the name and phone number are incorrect, you must specify both the incorrect name and phone number, separated by commas.

In the next field, you specify only the data that was erroneous. If it is a full name, only the full name. If the name and phone number are incorrect, you must specify both the incorrect name and phone number, separated by commas.

In the last field, you specify the same as in the field with the erroneous data.

Once you have filled out the application template, you need to save it in PDF format, sign it with a digital signature, and submit it to support@nic.ua.
You can use Paperless, Vchasno, or Diia to sign and submit the application.
