The account contact number is the phone number that you provided in the account owner's information during filling out this form with your first order.
Account owner data – is the contact that is set by default in your orders, unless you have selected other data manually. The contact number is used to activate two-factor authentication.
Although there is no phone change function in your dashboard, it is possible to change the account contact number.
If your current phone number is active, email firstname.lastname@example.org from your account contact mailbox. In the letter, inform us about your intention, and current and new phone numbers. Also, specify that you are ready to confirm the changes by phone (we will make a call to both numbers).
If the current phone number is inactive, you should prepare a written request:
- Download the application (templates for legal entities and individuals are in the attached files). The application needs to be filled in by the current domain owner.
- Transmit the application according to the instructions "How to prepare a written request to NIC.UA."
