Account contact number is the phone number that you provided in the account owner's information during filling out this form with your first order.
Account owner data – is the contact that is set by default in your orders, unless you have selected other data manually. The contact number is used to activate two-factor authentication.
Although there is no phone change function in your dashboard, it is possible to change the account contact number.
To do this, you need to write a request to email@example.com or create a request on our website by clicking "Contact us" → " Apply to support".
In the request specify that you need to change the account number, provide the account login, and also specify from which number to which you are changing.
You will need to confirm the changes by one of the following methods:
- By answering our call from both numbers (both old and new).
- By attaching to the request the high-quality scanned color copies of 1-5 pages of passport or both sides of the ID-card of the account owner (for individuals).
Also, mention in your request which method of confirmation is appropriate for you.
To confirm by phone, you will only need to answer our call from both numbers and confirm that you agree with changing your contact number.
If the account belongs to a legal entity and the access to the current phone number has been lost, the phone number can be changed with an application on behalf of the company.
