NIC.UA can accept your payment through PayPal, but only as a way to add funds to your account.
To replenish your personal account, send PayPal payment to billing@nic.ua. When making a payment, choose "payment for services", and in the comment provide the ID of your personal account NIC.UA. You can find out your personal account number in the "Personal Accounts" menu of your account (this ID consists of 9 numbers).
Your PayPal payment will be processed during the working day and your funds will be added to your personal account.
