The .UA domain can be registered only on the basis of a certificate of a trademark, that is registered in Ukraine, or on the basis of an international trademark with a territorial extension to Ukraine in accordance with the Madrid Agreement.
In addition, the name of your trademark has to match the name of the domain that is being registered. For example, the NIC.UA domain is registered on the basis of the trademark "NIC".
