The transfer of a domain name gives the owner the right to choose a company that will manage:

• domain renewal;
• changes in domain contact details;
• changes in DNS records for a domain.

The possibility of a transfer is written in the rules of each domain — the only condition in most cases is an identity check: so that the secret code for the transfer is provided to the owner or his representative.
