Additional paid services of the hosting administrator.

If some work is required to set up your hosting or cloud, that includes those actions that your developer (administrator) is about to do, but now for some reason you have no connection with him, then in this situation it is possible to use the paid service of our administrator.

The cost of the services is:

• for hosting: 700 UAH. for the first hour, the next hours of the specialist's work cost 500 UAH per hour.
• for the cloud: $ 300 for the first hour, the next hours of the specialist’s work cost $ 100 per hour.

For most types of work, we can announce the time, required to solve a particular problem.

The process in this case consists of the following steps:

1. You contact the support service and write us the hosting (cloud) order number and pin-code from the "Dashboard" menu of your NIC.UA personal account. Write about your decision to use the paid services of our administrator. Describe the task in details.
2. We check the hosting (cloud) account and inform you about estimated number of hours, that are needed to solve this case.
3. You top up your personal account in NIC.UA for the necessary amount, after which you inform us, we get to work and notify you about the result.

⚠️ Please note, this article describes an exceptional case, when you do not have a connection with your site developer (administrator) and you do not want to perform the necessary hosting actions by yourself.
