How to change the PHP version in cPanel

For the correct work of sites cPanel hosting control panel has the functionality to change the PHP version.
Please make following steps for that:

• go to the cPanel hosting control panel and choose "Select PHP version" in the "Software" section.

• The next step is to select from the list the PHP version that you need and click the "Set as current" button.

You can also edit some PHP parameters in this menu. To do this, please go to another section using the "Switch to PHP Options" button. 

In the "PHP Options" section, you can increase the amount of memory (within the tariff plan), the maximum size of the downloaded file, and other parameters.

⚠️ Please note, the PHP version can be changed for the entire hosting account, but not for individual sites located in the same hosting account.
